South Hill Business Campus has dedicated an entire section of the building to support artists and their unique needs. Artist’s Alley is located on the ground floor, next to the Clay School of Ithaca and the Metal Smithery, two thriving art-based businesses. Artists can rent studio space of various sizes at extremely reasonable rates. Located on the ground floor, the space is adjacent to a large overhead door, accommodating larger pieces of art or equipment. Water is available in a community wash room. The space has a modern industrial feel with sliding barn doors and plenty of tall white walls for gallery space. There is something to be said for locating near other artists.
