Dave's insurance expertise can help you choose the correct coverage for life unexpected events. He can be found in suite 225 in the office tower.Ithaca College will be utilizing the space on the ground floor factory next to the cafe for the Parks School of Communications. They will be utilizing it for special faculty and student projects. Parking Lot ImprovementsWe will be taking advantage of the summer weather and making some parking lot improvements. We will be adding a speed bumps at the visitor parking path to the lobby, striping the main entry and removing some fencing to add additional space to the top tier. We will also add (2) spots dedicated for motorcycle parking and move some of the bus parking to the 3rd tier to allow additional car parking on that level. Our most ambitious project will be to add new lighting to all lots. We will add bollard lighting to the lobby entry, new heads on the entry drive posts, new twin floods and additional poles in the main employee lot, new roof lighting and new floods in the Goodrich/IC lot. In addition, we will be painting all of the posts black to give a more unified look. Work will continue through October.Spring 2011Primet Moves to Ground FloorPrimet has consolidated it's operations and administration functions by moving to a newly renovated suite 90 on the far south end of the ground floor factory.
